Oriental Square by OSI Holdings is undergoing steady transformation. Glass installation and exterior stone cladding are progressing rapidly, remaining firmly on track for handover in Q4 2025.
Key milestones:
1. Structure & Finishes:
• Structure: 100% completed
• Finishes: Masonry works completed 100%, plastering works completed 96%
2. Elevators:
• Elevator installation completed and fire safety inspection passed
3. MEP & Fire Protection Systems:
• MEP systems: 98% completed in the basement, 98% achieved in the tower
• Fire protection system: 98% of construction volume completed
4. Façade:
• Glazing installation: 85% of construction volume completed
• Stone cladding: 70% of construction volume completed
5. Mock-up Floor:
• Completed in July
