On March 3, 2025, the Grade A office building Oriental Square, developed by OSI Holdings, is currently under construction, focusing on the columns and walls of the 9th floor, as well as the beams/slabs for floors 12, 12A, and the technical floor:
1. Structural Work Completed:
• The concrete pouring for the beams and slabs of the 12th floor was completed on February 23, 2025.
• The concrete pouring for the beams and slabs of the 12A floor is scheduled for March 1, 2025.
2. Finishing Work:
• Waterproofing for basements B1, B2, and B3 has been completed.
• The tiling and interior finishing of the sample WC in basement B1 have been completed.
• The stone cladding for the sample elevator lobby in basement B1 has been completed.
• Plastering in basement B1 is 90% complete; plastering work for basements B2 and B3 has started.
• Wall construction on the 1st floor is 95% complete.
• Wall construction on the 2nd floor is 55% complete.
• Wall construction on the 6th floor is 90% complete.
3. Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection Work:
• Electrical conduit and low-voltage electrical installation in basements B1, B2, and B3 are 95% complete.
• Installation of the ventilation system in basements B2 and B3 is 95% complete.
• Installation of the ventilation system in basement B1 is 90% complete.
• The MEP system installation (electrical conduits, ventilation ducts, air-conditioning copper pipes, condensate drainage, water supply, drainage shafts, etc.) on floors 1-8 is, on average, 60% complete.
• Fabrication and installation of the fire protection system on the 6th floor are 90% complete.
• Fabrication and installation of the fire protection system on the 7th and 8th floors (gel pipe installation in progress) are 40% complete.
The Oriental Square Grade A office building is located on plot H2CC1, in the central area of the Starlake Urban Area, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. The project is invested in by Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, with OSI Holdings (Orient Success International Investment Joint Stock Company) as the project developer.
Oriental Square is a Grade A office building designed and operated to meet LEED Gold standards (a green building certification by the U.S. Green Building Council). The project has proudly achieved three prestigious awards:
