PROGRESS UPDATE FOR ORIENTAL SQUARE GRADE A OFFICE BUILDING DEVELOPED BY OSI HOLDINGS - JANUARY 20, 2025

On January 20, 2025, the Oriental Square Grade A office building, developed by OSI Holdings, is in the construction phase, focusing on the columns and walls of the 9th floor, and the beams/slabs of the 8th, 9th, and 10th floors, as well as the technical floor:

Progress on Structural Completion:

• Completed: Concrete columns and walls on the 9th floor.
• Completed: Concrete pouring for beams and floor of the 10th floor on January 15, 2025.

Finishing Work:

• Completed: Waterproofing of basements B1, B2, B3.
• Completed: Tiling and interior finishing of sample WC in basement B1.
• Completed: Stone cladding in the elevator lobby of basement B1 (sample).
• In Progress:
• Plastering in basement B1: 70% complete.
• Wall construction on the 1st floor: 85% complete.
• Wall construction on the 2nd floor: 30% complete.
• Wall construction on the 6th floor: 10% complete.

Electrical and Fire Protection Work:

• Completed: Electrical conduits and low-voltage wiring in basements B1, B2, and B3: 95%.
• Completed: Installation of ventilation systems in basements B2, B3: 95%.
• In Progress:
• Ventilation system installation in basement B1: 25% complete.
• Fabrication and installation of fire protection systems in basements B2, B3: 95% complete.
• Fabrication and installation of fire protection systems in basement B1: 5% complete.
• Electrical conduits and low-voltage wiring on the 3rd floor: 15% complete.

The Oriental Square Grade A office building is located on plot H2CC1, in the central area of the Starlake Urban Area, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. The project is invested in by Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, with OSI Holdings (Orient Success International Investment Joint Stock Company) as the project developer.
