On April 26, 2025, the Grade A office building Oriental Square, developed by OSI Holdings, is currently under construction, focusing on the façade:
1. Structural Work:
- Roof concrete has been poured.
- Currently constructing formwork, rebar, and concrete for secondary structures on the roof and terrace (scheduled for completion before April 30, 2025).
2. Finishing Work:
- Waterproofing and bricklaying for basements B1, B2, and B3 have been completed.
- Tiling and interior finishes for the sample basement B1 WC have been completed.
- Sample stone cladding for the B1 elevator lobby has been completed.
- Wall construction completed; plastering in basements B1, B2, and B3 is 95% complete.
- Wall construction on the 1st floor is 95% complete.
- Wall construction on floors 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, and 11 is 100% complete; the 8th floor is 80% complete.
- Materials are being gathered, and wall construction is underway for floors 12, 12A, 14, and 15.
- Floor 6 (sample floor): 98% of total construction work completed, including plastering, tiling, painting, gypsum ceiling, doors of all types, raised floor, etc.
3. MEP and Fire Protection Work:
- Electrical and low-voltage conduit installation in basements B1, B2, and B3 is 95% complete.
- Ventilation system installation in basements B1, B2, and B3 is 95% complete.
- MEP installation (electrical trays, ductwork, copper pipes for HVAC, condensate drainpipes, plumbing shafts, etc.) on floors 1–12 is an average of 80% complete; basic completion was achieved for floor 6.
- Fire protection pipework installation for floors 1–12A is 80% complete on average.
- Preparation is underway for MEP works on floors 14, 15, and 16.
4. Facade Work:
- VMU and PMU for aluminum-glass and stone systems have been completed.
- Installation of stone support frames on the front and side facades.
- Stone materials received at the workshop account for 30% of the total volume.
Oriental Square by OSI - Grade A office building is located on plot H2CC1 in the central area of the Starlake Urban Area, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company invested in the project, with OSI Holdings (Orient Success International Investment Joint Stock Company) as the developer.
Oriental Square by OSI is a Grade A office building designed and operated to meet LEED Gold standards (a green building certification by the U.S. Green Building Council). The project has proudly achieved three prestigious awards at the 2024 PropertyGuru Property Awards:
