This morning, April 5th, 2025, marks a significant milestone in the development journey of the Oriental Square by OSI project. The successful topping-out ceremony signifies the completion of a substantial construction phase. It highlights the relentless efforts, dedication, and strong collaboration among all stakeholders—investors, contractors, and senior project leaders.
In attendance at the ceremony were Mr. Nguyễn Việt Hải – Director of Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment JSC (Investor); Mr. Trần Tùng Linh – Chairman of the Board of OSI Holdings; Mr. Trần Việt Dũng – Vice Chairman of the Board of OSI Holdings (Developer); as well as senior representatives from Ricons Construction Investment JSC (General Contractor) and staff from OSI Holdings, the investor, and other contractors.
Oriental Square by OSI is a Grade A office building designed and operated according to LEED Gold standards (a globally recognized green building certification awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council). The project has proudly earned three prestigious awards: two national wins for Best Office Development and Best Commercial Green Development at the Vietnam Property Awards and a regional nomination for Best Office Development in Asia at the PropertyGuru Property Awards 2024.
The building meets the highest sustainable, eco-friendly design standards while offering state-of-the-art, efficient functionality.
Oriental Square by OSI is envisioned as a new icon in the Starlake Urban Area (Tay Ho Tay), providing a modern, premium working and living environment. The building is expected to reshape the area's landscape with comprehensive amenities and high utility value. The official opening is scheduled for December 2025.
On November 19, 2025, Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, OSI Holdings, and Savills Vietnam successfully co-hosted the event, "Your Next Business Destination: Oriental Square by OSI & Starlake Unveiling," at the Oriental Square by OSI office tower.
