Oriental Square by OSI Holdings is steadily transforming daily. Glass installation and exterior stone cladding are progressing rapidly, staying firmly on track for handover in Q4/2025.
Key milestones:
1. Structure & Finishing:
• Structure: 100% completed
• Finishing: Brickwork 98%, plastering 95%, other finishing works 65%
2. Elevators:
• All elevator equipment has been delivered, and the installation of elevator doors is complete. Full installation is expected to finish by June, with the final inspection scheduled for 15/07.
3. MEP & Fire Protection:
• MEP systems: Basement works 98% complete; upper floors 93% (connection works in progress).
• Fire protection systems: 95% of works completed.
4. Façade:
• Glazing package: 90% of the glass and 100% of the aluminum have arrived in Vietnam. On-site installation has reached 35% and is expected to be completed from the 8th floor to the roof by 05/07.
• Stone cladding: 95% of exterior stone and 100% of elevator stone have been delivered; exterior stone installation progress is at 45%.
5. Show Unit:
• All construction, MEP, fire protection, elevator cladding, doors, and WC partitions have been completed. The show unit is scheduled for full completion in June.
