The Oriental Square by OSI project is progressing on schedule, meeting Grade A office standards and upholding LEED Gold certification requirements, with key phases nearing completion. As the project moves into the superstructure construction phase, the team is accelerating progress, having completed structural columns and walls up to the 9th floor, while beam and slab installations are underway for floors 12, 12A, and the technical floor. Simultaneously, interior finishing and amenities are being actively implemented to ensure a modern,high-quality workspace. Currently, the basement levels B1, B2, and B3 have completed waterproofing and structural works, while the sample WC at B1 has been fully tiled and furnished. Above ground, the exterior is taking shape, with plastering and wall construction progressing steadily—95% completion on the 1st floor, 55% on the 2nd floor, and 90% on the 6th floor.

Fire Protection System (PCCC) Installation:

• 6th floor: 90% completed.
• 7th & 8th floors: Gel pipe installation underway, currently at 40% completion.
