Notably, Oriental Square, a Grade A office project, commenced construction on January 26, 2024, with an investment of nearly 1,000 billion VND. Featuring three basement levels, 16 floors, and a rooftop garden, the 28,652 m² project is designed to LEED Gold standards, promoting sustainable work environments. By incorporating shared workspaces and cutting-edge technology such as BMS systems, facial recognition access (Face ID), QR code entry, and destination-controlled elevators, businesses can reduce costs while ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

The traditional central business districts of Hanoi (Hoan Kiem, Ba Dinh, Dong Da, Hai Ba Trung) are facing significant limitations, including limited land availability, severe traffic congestion, and a shortage of modern office spaces. Major transportation projects, including the Nhon – Hanoi Metro Line, Metro Line 2 (Noi Bai – Ho Hoan Kiem), and Ring Road 4, are enhancing connectivity in these areas. Starlake Tay Ho Tay is being planned as Hanoi’s new administrative and diplomatic hub, with plans to relocate the headquarters of 13 ministries and agencies (including the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Ministry of Construction) and the presence of major embassies such as South Korea and Japan. The area is also attracting numerous green office developments, including Oriental Square, Keangnam Landmark 72, and Lotte Mall Tay Ho. These office projects integrate AI and IoT technology to create sustainable, smart workspaces. As a result, the shift from traditional CBDs to emerging business hubs is accelerating, allowing enterprises to optimize costs, enhance operational efficiency, and benefit from modern infrastructure advancements.
