The Oriental Square Grade A office building project is located at plot H2CC1 in the central area of the Starlake urban complex, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment JSC is the investor and OSI Holdings (Dong Thanh International Investment JSC) is the developer.
Progress Update of Oriental Square Grade A Office Building – December 6, 2024
The project is currently under construction, with column walls and slab beams from the 1st to the 5th floor in progress. The waterproofing work has been completed, and the basement B1 construction has reached 85% completion. The construction schedule remains on track as per the approved plan.
